Manual Entry
Configurable input screens are available for data input from manual log sheets. These are shift machine/line/product specific. Data entered includes speed loss information, downtime reasons, count/time, and spoilage.

OEE, Availability, Performance, and Quality Rate are calculated per log sheet.

Log sheets are validated within configurable tolerance limits to check that recorded downtime matches that expected as a comparison of target and actual production.

Direct Input
This is an alternative method of entering data manually. Data is entered directly into the system during the shift and is collated into a log sheet format.

Automatic Input
PSL have created a generic interface for data collected by online devices. Data is validated and stored in specific shift machine line product records.
