Additional Modules for Modus7

Labour Hours
An extension of the Log-sheet input allows for all staff in the relevant shift / process area to be input with working and non-working reason hours.
Each Machine / Product process can be assigned a standard manning hours figure and the system will calculate the percentage efficiency actually achieved.
This is especially applicable to manual assembly type operations or processes that could be affected by absenteeism.

Preventative Maintenance
This module can act as a cost effective basic Preventative Maintenance system in its own right or supply useful information in parallel with other CMMS systems.
Events are scheduled against either production units made, run time or actual time elapsed. The system will collate when maintenance items are due against the actual logged data entered in Modus7.
This is a particularly useful and accurate method for scheduling against machinery that is not in constant use.

Tooling
Many machines include complex and expensive tooling, which may be made and refurbished internally or by external suppliers. Modus7 is soon to include a module that manages tooling units and subunits.
Log-sheet information will be used to see how much and how long the tooling is used and comparisons can be made across machine and supplier.

ERP / MRP & Reporting Integration
Modus7 has a generic interface to integrate with factory ERP/MRP environments.
Works Order operations and Product Specifications / Standards can be imported and Volumes and Results exported.
Should changes from the generic be required Presence Systems Ltd will work with customer IT staff to best resolve interfacing issues on a bespoke time and materials basis.
